What is soroptimist?
Soroptimist is a global women’s organization whose members work to improve the lives of disadvantaged women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. Soroptimist programs focus on providing disadvantaged women and girls with access to education, which is one of the most effective ways to end social problems disproportionately affecting women and girls.
Soroptimist International of Borrego Springs
Soroptimist of Borrego Springs focuses time and efforts to helping the girls and women in our community. We offer monetary scholarships and awards for school and educational goals. We also offer targeted programming to help girls define goals, make education plans, and achieve their dreams.

Our volunteer group attracts caring, dedicated women of all ages, backgrounds and experiences. Members enjoy rapport with women of like intellectual and business minds, and eagerly embrace our service goals of helping women and girls in our community through hands-on experiences.
